Lara O'Donnell

Lara is a 20-year-old singer/songwriter from a small town in the Northwest of Donegal called Dungloe. She is currently in her final year studying music at Ulster University Magee and has been performing at weddings, concerts, festivals and pub gigs both solo and as part of a band.

Lara was a member of a 3-part harmony girl group called “Evergreen” where they supported acts such as Moya Brennan & Clannad, Daniel O’Donnell, Sean and Conor Price and Duke Special. She also appeared on the same lineup as Ryan McMullan, Wild Youth, Luz and Ryan Mack. Evergreen’s peak was being featured on the 2020 series of the Voice UK, where they received a place on Team Will.I.Am and got the opportunity to work closely alongside professional vocal coaches, choreographers and directors from ITV.

Over the last 8 months, Lara has started to focus on a solo career, and has started writing original material and learning to produce her own songs and covers. She has been working with some of the best artists, musicians and producers across NI and beyond to write and create her debut EP and live video sessions which she will be releasing soon.
