If you're not 100% satisfied with your physical order, let us know and we'll make it right.

Please allow up to 14 days for shipping after the shopping window has closed. Shipping times are usually much less than this. The shopping window for orders remains open for 2 weeks. 

Orders can be collected at the School of Music Reception and you will be alerted when your product has arrived and can be collected.
